Late Mr. Y. L. Gokhale, Former Chairman
The founder of this group of industries, Mr. Y. L. Gokhale started his business venture with industrial construction in 1962 for multinational companies such as SKF Ball Bearings and Elpro International. He completed his Civil Engineering from COEP (College of Engineering, Pune) after which he was apprenticed to Sir Alexander Gibbs in London. He handed over the firm to his son, Dilip Gokhale, in 1995.
Dilip Gokhale, CEO
Dilip has been at the helm of the firm for over 20 years. In this time, he grew a small family-based business into one of the most respected real estate developers in the city. An intensely hands-on leader, he personally heads the sales department, interacts with every client, and often builds bonds that persist well beyond the project. Dilip holds a Bachelors degree in Commerce from the University of Pune.
Ishan Gokhale, Vice President Operations
Ishan leads the construction management and finance functions at the firm. Prior to joining the Gokhale Group, he held positions in engineering and management with Tata Motors (India), Shell Oil (India, Brunei, USA), and Apple Inc. (USA). Ishan holds a gold medal in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pune, and an MBA from M.I.T. (Massachusetts Institute of Technology), where he focussed on Real Estate development.
