Shantiban

Shantiban is a large housing society in the heart of Chinchwad, consisting of over 200 apartments and row houses. It was the first high-end residence in the area and remains an important landmark to this day. Spread over four acres, the Shantiban homes have class-defining amenities along with an indoor swimming pool, fully equipped gymnasium, spacious clubhouse, extensive lawns and a children's park.

The Laburnums

One of the early developments in Balewadi, The Laburnums pioneered the concept of Quadralets: duplex apartments that are designed to give each resident a feeling of privacy and space; just like a bungalow. The Laburnums is a perfect testament to our philosophy of maximising light, air, and space to create an unmatched feeling of tranquility in the home - even in the busiest locations.

Casurina is an single apartment building in Aundh, with just 7 exclusive apartments. Despite being several years old now, it still commands some of the highest rates in the area, and an apartment there is rarely available.
