We partner with housing societies that would like to redevelop their property. The most successful redevelopments are those that have had a significant infrastructural change since they were built - such as a large front road, or increased FSI regulations.

Redevelopments can be complex since they involve the interests of multiple parties. For this reason, we work with housing societies through each step of the process: starting with proposing a redevelopment at the AGM, to understanding the needs of each resident and matching it to the master redevelopment plan, to relocating the residents prior to demolition, to finally handing over the brand-new apartment to each member. We also maintain communication with the society representatives throughout the entire process.
